AB-80 is an excellent water displacer and anticorrosive that quickly separates water from metal surfaces after machining operations or after alkaline cleaning. Thanks to the volatile solvents in AB80, ultra-thin protective films can be easily applied. These ultra-thin films are effective in protecting ferrous and non-ferrous metals from atmospheric corrosion, even under high humidity conditions.

AB80 also acts as a lubricant.
